Hi!I am asking for some advice on what to do to resolve my issue. Since October 2016, I have been booked for three weekends in April. The 1st weekend is reserved through Airbnb, the second is through Homeaway, and the third is through Airbnb again. Two weeks ago, I logged into my Airbnb and Homeaway accounts, and updated my calander (blocked dates in the future). Before I logged out of Airbnb and Homeway, my reservations were on there.  A few days later, I received a notification through Airbnb that a guest instantly booked weekend #2 (which has already been booked through VRBO/Homeaway). I had to immediately cancel and look into how this happened. I found that Airbnb dropped my sync with VRBO's calender, and made it available. Now this is going against me through Airbnb, and if I have to cancel (for some emergency) in the future, I could get removed from the search results, plus I do not like that it is going against me in my STATS. What do I do? Also, if I do have to call Airbnb, what is the number?

@Leslie116  If the IB was allowed due to an error by the Air BNB system, you should contact Air BNB for the cancellation to be taken off your listing.  Usually the  rep can make that change as they can see the system.  The US number is 855 424 7262.  My trick is to call really early in the morning to avoid high call volume time and long holds.
