Hi,
my future guest wanted to changed dates for the reservation he did. He could not change it. So we agreed to cancell reservation and then again reserve the room for another dates. And now we are stuck and I can not contact airbnb help??? My callendar is grey and I can not turn it to available so he can not book and noone else?
What to do in my case?

If you cancel a reservation airbnb blocks them dates so you cant recieve any bookings as canceling you encur penalties. I suggest you contact airbnb and explaine the situation and they will sort it for you. As for changing dates your guest or you could of changed them the other person just needs to except
Do you maybe know how to contact airbnb suport? I was looking and did not find nothing except community help which is not the same.
Thats a bit of a nightmare go into help and contact try and see if you can send a message just say urgent for airbnb to contact you

As @Emily97 says you will need to contact the Support Team directly about this, as your calendar will remain blocked. There is a useful Community Help guide (created by a host here in the CC) on the different ways to reach them.
There is also a helpful guide on how to amend the calendar dates which might be useful if this arises in the future.
