changes to smart pricing

Hi host

I have had smart pricing on from the begging and even though I thought there would be a lot more demand it seems as if I might be underselling myself. I am making less this year and it seem like a change was made without my understanding. Airbnb made some changes to the whole site but I did not notice any change to pricing, am I mistaken? The smart pricing seems to be giving deals and not passing on the profits to me.

@Mikael19 hi 🙂 Your nightly price is 76€,is that how it is supposed to be? Airbnb hasn't and isn't allowed to make changes to the prices, that is solely the hosts responsibility. You have set up weekly discount, might that be the reason? Can you give us an example of how a reservation was charged wrongly so that we can help you more.
