changing reservations

I had a guest that wants to stay three nights in one room and the fourth night in another room.  She of course made the reservation for 4 nights in the cheaper room, how do I alter that?

You have to either have them change the reservation or you can change it by charging them extra money for the more expensive room.

Send her a message stating that she has booked 4 nights in the cheaper room which means you cna only give them the cheaper room.. If they want the other one then they will have to change the booking.. Put it back on them to change.. You don't know they may want the cheaper room now as it saves them changing rooms.
