My current guests want to add an extra day. I have tried and tried to accept their change but nothing ever happens. How can I reach someone to help me?
The Airbnb platform can have a few ghosts in it of late. Maybe let the Guest know there is a slight kink and then give it another go in 12 hours. If that doesn't work you can reach Airbnb via the details below. I'd suggest raising a resolution or giving them a call.
