charging for pets

I rent my whole house.  I have no problem with guests bringing a dog but there is additional cleaning that needs to be done, after the dog leaves.  How do I charge for this?

My guest is arguing that she didnt see the charge for pets which I have listed under House Rules as Airbnb suggested. What should I say to her she is arriving on 30th March this Friday.
