How much should I charge for cleaning fees for my flat in Glasgow?

Nothing. Every guest expects a clean accommodation when arriving., it's part of the hosting business. Airbnb will add your cleaning fee to the nightly price when guests are searching. If charging nothing you are ahead of competition.  But if you insist: calculate the cleaning  time (after all it is about time, not materials)  and setup a reasonable fee.  Or look at listings of your fellow hosts in the region.

I agree with @Emiel1 it is best not to charge a cleaning fee. If you do start low and make sure you truly keep the place clean.

We charge $65 for an apartment that sleeps 2-3.
