Why was my cleaning fee not charged to the guest?

@Akhia0  If you are asking the host forum to respond then a little more information is needed.  How do you know the cleaning fee was not charged?  Did you get a reservation confirmation and there was no cleaning fee on it?  If that is the case, contact Air BNB since hosts don't have access to the financials of individual host.  See the guide for contacting Air BNB on this site under community guides.
