i hope you received my letter I sent about my guest simon, staying in my house 17-18/8?

Hi Lars, 

Was this a letter you sent to Airbnb customer service? Have you called them? This community is for hosts and guests helping each other and is rarely read by Airbnb customer service.

Sorry to hear you have a complaint about your last guest, as @Solveig0 mentioned, it might be best to speak with our Support Team directly. Here is a useful Community Guide on the different way to reach them, as you have sent them a letter already, I would recommend calling to speed up the process.

Hi

I must add to this matter, he complains about the bed he couldn’t reach, he says he have a bad leg!

How bad can that leg be? When he came her he came with bicycle all the way from Umeå ( a town 400 kilometers from here)

I just wonder?

He say how can I be so rude that I charge him 100skr for bed linnets and towel!

I don’t think it’s to much, that’s what everyone takes!
