connecting with hosts in my area

Hello Everybody!

I am a new Airbnb host in London. I just started a few weeks ago.

I recently visited a friend in Paris who told me about monthly meetings he has with his local Airbnb Community manager.

Those meetings take place every month (meetup) and the hosts exchange tips and ideas to help each other.

being a newbie I need some advice and would like to know if there are similar meetings in my area. (SW London) and if I should contact someone ?

Can someone help me out ?

I am not aware of monthly meetups like in Paris.

There is another section titled Discuss at the top right of the screen.

Menu drops down 'Cities' and 'Homesharing Clubs'. You can check in there.

However, I only know of periodic meetings held in London HQ. 

We receive email informing when these are.

Yet, a month or two back I was surprised to discover a meeting occured of which I received no notification. I only learned of it on here when it was mentioned by two Hosts. I enquired about it from one of them, Paul, but he did not reply. -- I could only then speculate: as Paul and the other person to mention it Gordon, are both SuperHosts. So it could be that particular meeting was limited to SH.

Both Paul and Gordon are regular contributors to CC so they may well answer you shortly.

If not, perhaps one of the Moderators of CC will inform. The  London based Moderators are Lizzie, Quincy and Stephanie.
