I recently had a guest who arrived, inspected the property then declined to stay as his brother, who never got out of the car didn´t want to stay.
Subsequently I received a suspension to my listings for too many less than 4* reviews, as the guest wrote a review the next day it must have been bad but I am unable to see it.
How do I contact Airbnb to keep this review from a person who did not stay from being published as the site sucks and I can not find an email address or any way to contact a real live person?
