hello to everbody.

can you help us please.two weeks ago we had a lovely group of guest who enjoyed there stay and left a very good review. normally the payout is quick but as of today ,still no payout. can you advise us please as we have no idea how to contact air bnb.

My payout was issued by air bnb on May 11 but still has not through. How do I chase air bnb re this?
