couldn't fulfill a needy guests request now they are vindictive writing a malicious review

Guest asked for 2 hr early check in , which i fulfilled.

Guest asked for items not listed for their grandchildren whom were not staying at my place, i could not fulfill.

Guest requested 2 extra pillows which i couldn't supply

Now they are deliberately, maliciously slandering my property and giving a negative review because i couldn't fulfill their requests.

Is there any way for me to go back and change my stars for their stay?
