Hello,

I booked a place and I use a coupon discount.  Today  host canceled my reservation, but I can not use the coupon discount at new reservation. Is this ok?

According to the article below you should be able to use the coupon again when a host cancels.

What happens to the coupon I used if my host cancels.

Has the coupon expired since you made the first reservation?

If it hasn't expired and you still can't use it you should contact Airbnb support.

I do not know how to contact Airbnb support. I can not find an email or phone number.

Hello @Jernej2,

Click on "Help" and then on "Visit the Help Centre" and then on the "Contact us" button near the end of the page. That should show phone number and message links.

Also, you can type "contact airbnb" in the "Search the community" box on these forum pages where you posted your question. Scroll down a bit in the list of suggestions that appears and click on the "Contact Airbnb: A Community Help Guide[UPDATED]" one. That has phone numbers and information on contacting them via Twitter and Facebook.
