Do you know if Airbnb offers us to prepare any templates to send to guests as repeat answers?

@Sandra170, what types of questions are you hoping for template answers for?

While AirBnB may not provide stock answers, for common questions about AirBnB policies you can copy text from the AirBnB Help pages.

For things not covered by the AirBnB policies (like questions about your listing), you can look information here in these Discussion Rooms. You can even ask people "what should I say when they ask me (question)" and get some great answers.

@Sandra170 You can also make your  own saved responses to general questions and use those. I’ve set up a few like, Welcome note, pool info, grocery shops, night before check out note and day of check out note. It saves a ton of time repeating the same message over and over.
