My customer have made the reservation for 4 nights, I have talked to the guest and send the request for 2 nights. Airbnb charged the customer for 4 nights, when he made the changes he don't see the changes in his account. He is still charged for 4 Nights but he suppose to be for 2 nights

Do you mean that you sent an alteration request to that guest, @Vilma21? When is the guest arriving?

i don't understand your question. Allready in the first two sentences i am lost.

The guest have made the reservation from 26 of Aprill till 30th of April. I have adjusted the reservation from 28 of April till 28th of Aprill. He has approved the changes. He has been charged for 4 nights, but after adjustment he shoud be credited for 2 nights. He has not received the money back. How it works?
