differentiating between entire property and rooms

I am a new host. Our property is rather unique - the lower level was a veterinary hospital for many years and the main house (where we live ourselves) was built above the hospital. After closing down the hospital we remodelled the downstairs portion which now has three separate bedrooms available for "rent" - one and a half bathrooms and a shared kitchen area, shared eating/living space and shared television. How do we define this as an AirBnB rental - each room will accommodate two people.  We are not renting a suite nor are we renting a home with multiple rooms... any help/advice is welcome - thank you!!

differentiating between entire property and rooms

Suppose if you list your property with all rooms (entire home) a group of people can find it apt for their budget

On the other hand if you list your property with private rooms multple guests can book your room

You have got do 02 types of listing to attract more vistors

1 )List your entire proprty as enitre home

2) Make Multiple Listing of Your Rooms by naming Room 1 , Room 2 Etc as private room category

So when one of your Room (private room) listing got booking, you have to close the enitre proprty listing inventory to avaoid double bookings

Remarks : You have to be active online by updating the inventory on time
