erroneous billing

Last May 3, 2016 i made a booking for a three day stay from june 9, 2016 to june 12, 2016  at a airbnb accredited condominium in mactan, cebu in the philippines. I was charged by Airbnb in the amount of 10,883.00 pesos which i paid for using my mastercard.  I completed this booking and I was pleased with my host's condominium unit.

My problem with Airbnb started when I received my credit card billing last June 2016. It reflected that Airbnb charged me twice for my booking in Cebu.  I acknowledged the first billing which was my booking in Cebu, Philipines and the amount was Php 10,883.00. Furthermore,  I  received a Customer Receipt from Airbnb for this booking.  However another billing was charged by Airbnb with  the same booking dates in the same area in the amount of Php 7,423.00 .  I am disputing this for the following reasons:

1)    For the record,  I did not make that booking and I tried to get in touch with Airbnb in my area.  However, there are   no contact numbers, email address made available for this particular concern.

2)  I would like to get in touch with them and request them to furnish me with a booking request and the corresponding  Customer Receipt showing I actually  made a booking.  Airbnb has failed to communicate with me as of date.

You'll want to get in touch with them directy.

Have you raised the dispute with your CC company? Many times they can work on your behalf, too.

Here are some ways to get in touch with Airbnb:
