extra payment

I had a guest that booked for 3 days, then requested a further day to finish some business matters.  Left earlier than arrainged book out time. How do I get payment for the extra stay. Glenda

@Glenda69  Send the guest a Request for Money for the extra day. Since he's already left you may not get paid for it though. Always make sure a guest accepts additional money requests before they leave.
