fictitious reservations

I often receive inquiries about fictitious reservations asking for a refund of 75% of the guest's percentage. Please give advice!

Hello Emiel,

This is one of the  inquiries}

Hi.
I am watching for house on airbnb to go on a job travel to your city and found your flat and it is very suitable for me. The plan of booking is simple I will tell my situation to you now and I would like to talk to you about this in other place. In fact I 'm apparently to stay in my friend 's flat and I won 't need your house and I wish you could help me and we could make some simple money with you. My employer, hirer pays for my house but as I said to stay I will most likely somewhere else and want to book your house but in actuality will not stay with you. So you 'ill help me and earn some money. If you are interested in such an proposal,

@Anri1 This is a well known scam.

Don't accept or decline - Just reply with a '.' in the text field

Report the scammer to Airbnb as a scammer and they will take down their account (eventually)
