The guests will be staying  32 nights  but the Airbnb person who figures this out, he/she only counted 30 days.

I have been looking throughout their entire web page  to talk to someone about it. But it is futile effort.

You need to read about how guests are charged for stays longer than 28 nights.

And Airbnb charges by the NIGHT not the days.
