I haven't got paid from Air since July 9th. When I was asked by Air to update my info to make sure I had the right banking info, I put in the wrong bank info. I realized a few days later and put in the correct numbers. I have contacted Air several times, probably 8 times. They have assured me things are fine but don't know why payment is not being received. Now they have a case manager working on my issue. They did the usual 3 cent deposit and it went through the middle of July. Now it is Aug. Today I told the case manager that I wanted to speak to his manager or supervisor because they keep saying prompt service and it has been 3 weeks of getting no where. He said he would talk to him and see where to go from here. I'm extremely disappointed and really need the money that Air owes me. What can I do now?
Hi there, apology for this whilst I can't comment on the exact thing and here to only provide advice as a fellow Superhost I would suggest you check with your bank if the payment ever came through likely not since you provided the wrong banking info.
I would suggest you advice case manage to reverse any previous payments and re-issue them to the updated banking info, and hopefully once that is done your moving forward payments will be sent just fine 🙂
