I would like to see previous reviews from other hosts before i accept/confirm a booking from guests ... why cant i??

If you click on the guest's profile, @Louise123, you should be able to read all the reviews from their previous hosts.

Some guests are newbies - we all have to start somewhere.  You will find that there are guest requesting to stay that actually do not have any previous reviews as it is their first attempt to give airbnb a go, thus investing in your future business.

If they are verified and sound like decent folk, there is no reason to be sceptical and you will prove to them that airbnb is the future way to book accomodation.

Being accomodtating, professional and vigilant are your golden rules 🙂

@Louise123:  We are all able to see a potential Guest, just as the other Host explained, but looking at the Guest's profile.  Maybe you can't do that on a smartphone, but I believe most Hosts do look to see past reviews of our potential Guests, at least on the website.  Good Luck!
