@Adele73 no, I am not the part of Airbnb support, at least I am not paid for it 🙂 This is a forum where hosts help each other .
I asked you what dates they want to book so I can check and see if it shows as unavailable and why.
They want 2 rooms in my place for 1 night

@Adele73No, Branka and Syvlia are hosts. I believe they were offering to check on their end to see if it appeared bookable to them. But they would need to know which listing (I assume you have more than one) and the dates to see if the calendar looked open from the guest end.
As a host you can't initiate a booking request, the guest has to do it. The guest has tried and can't send a booking request?
1st of june. Family room and double room. Yes I sent them a link of both and both would not come up.
@Adele73 There have been reports of system glitches in the last day or so, people's listings disappearing. But I can see both your listings when clicking on your links. Maybe advise the guest to clear their cache and try again, or try with a different browser. If that doesn't work, contact Airbnb to see if they can assist.
