have not received my security deposit that the guest accepted and sent money for

I requested the full security deposit (and some) after a guest trashed our house over the 4th of July weekend. I recieved an email on July 4th saying guest has accepted your request and sent you $XXX. However, it has been over 7 business days and I have not received a payout. How can I expedite this or check the status of when it will be deposited? Thanks.

Thanks for the phone number. Unforunately, I have called 3 times and although they can "look at the open case" and "update notes" no one seems to be able to give me any update whatsoever. I was even told I would recieve an email with a status update from the support rep assigned and when I called back they informed me they don't even do that...At this point it have been over 10 business days with no update at all as to where the security deposit is or was sent.
