Happy New Year everyone.

I'm new here and about to host my first guest. The guy has booked a room for a month and therefore I have two questions.
First one.
Who supposed to clean up his room? Can I expect/ask the guest to do cleaning? Or am I responsible for it?

Second one.
How often do you change the bedsheets on long bookings?

I assume by your comments that your guest is booking a room in your home as opposed to the entire home?

In this case, it will be your responsiblity to maintain the home and his to maintain his room. Whether you provide fresh linens on a weekly basis will be up to you, but this is something you should mention immediately. If he is supposed to launder them, provide laundry information.
