I have a query from a person with only his name,  how do I assure this is a valid request from normal, not party people.  Its our home here and I do not want any problems.

Salute,

If it is possible for you @JeanLouis48, i think, all queries come from one guest. And you can see in your booking confirmation how many guests come or you could ask your guest.

Thanks,

Miloud

@JeanLouis48 sometimes you will have inquiries from new users or users with very little information provided. I would start up a conversation with your guest and kindly ask for more information. If the guest does not offer any information, perhaps you should wait for another inquiry.

I have had the same thing today.  An enquiry from a person who has phone ID only!!!!!

Also today I get a message from ABB telling me that I need to provide ID if I dont want to hold up payment.  I have been with ABB for 5 years.

I have responded to the enquiry asking for more information but no reply.  I have preapproved and now am concerned by calender is blocked from receiving bookings for a two week period in the summer holidays.  If I then decline due to no response ABB will send me one of those sharp notes tellimg my I should smarten up my act or they will throw me out!

I don't want to wastetime with "guests"who dont have enough ID to be able to complete a booking.  ABB should prevent requestgs until they provide the necessary ID

Clearly there is one rule for guests and another for the lowly property owners.
