@Maureen8 Search the community for Super Strict Cancellation policy. Many posts about this.
I cannot find a clear simple direct answer to this question.
The question is: As an owner, How do you apply for the "super strict 60-day cancellation policy"?
Please do not offer a response such as "search the community... loads of answers within the community..." that is not a helpful answer.
Thanks
Barry
@Barry2 You have to contact Airbnb directly to ask for the Super Strict Cancellation policy. It really isn't "by invitation". It's really by "approval". I wouldn't hold my breath, though. The only listings I've seen with this policy have been ultra high-end luxury resort listings commanding $1,000's per night with a minimum of 7 nights stay. Plus I read a response on twitter some time ago that it was discontinued. Get back to us if they approve you!
Thank you , it is helpful. However, where can I send enquiry to join the super strict cancellation policy? Because I manage some properties with the characteristics you mentioned before.
