how do I un -cancel?

I cancelled on a resvation because of family problems but my neighbour has offered to help ! (let them in and such

the guest says they want to stay still ! i want them to stay !

what can we do?

before anyone tells me off im new to this 🙂

If you cancelled the dates are blocked. Only Airbnb can solve this problem.

Contact them and explain:

When I cancel, the dates are opened. Can you check please your calendar? You can ask your guest to book again and the problem is solved.

If it doesn't work, call your hotline.
