how do i enter a reservation for a guest

@Francis37, the host doesn't enter a reservation. When a guest books a room, everything - including payment - goes via AirBnB.

I think you misunderstood the question. But, then again, I'm not a good written communication person! The guest was 80 years old and having difficulty entering the reservation request. I wanted to set up the reservation and send to him for completion. I wasn't able to find a way to accomplish this on airbnb. I completed the reservation on another site.

Is this not possible?  We get a lot of calls and need  to be able to enter their reservation manually.  As a host are we able to do this at all?  If we can't can guest who dont have a computer use mine once here to enter their reservation on my computer and also do their review there also.  
I am still farely new at Airbnb and I cannot find where we cant manually enter a reservation, it doesn't state anyplace that a guest cannot use my computer to register with airbnb.
