Greetings,
I have four listings on AirBnB. They are all active, and the calendars are clear. When I do a search for a six week period, none of my listings appear. When I narrow the search to one week, they all appear. Any ideas why?

Thanks, Steve! I added a discount for a long term stay, and that solved the problem.
Appreciate your help!

Hello @Nancy114,
That looks like it's the 28+ days issue where some hosts report that their listings are not visible in searches for stays of 28 days or more.
Some time ago a guy posted about that problem and said that Airbnb told him that a listing must have a monthly discount set in order for it to show in search results for 28+ days.
The maximum stay must also be set to something more than 28.
I tried it as a test on my listing by setting a 1% monthly discount and max of 40 nights. Before doing that it did not appear in search results for a 30 day stay. After setting the discount it did show.
This is the old post.
There's also a "Long term stays allowed" check box in the "Logistics" section under "Amenities". This may help in some cases but I didn't have it checked when I did the experiment mentioned above and 28+ day searches still worked when I set a monthly discount.
Some hosts have reported that setting a discount didn't help them so you may have to contact Airbnb support if it doesn't help in your case.
Steve.
