how does a person pull up a property using the property number

Wanted to give a relative my property number so they could easily pull it up and take a look. I tried putting the number in the search bar but it pulled up a bunch of propertie totally unrelated to mine and not even in my city.

Go to your listing and copy the URL that is at the top of your browser.  It will look something like this:  

https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/7292887?checkin=&checkout=&guests=1&s=702WqyID

Or you can use the short version like this:

https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/7292887

I think anyone can use a search engine to find a property like so: "Airbnb <property number>". For example when I search for the text string "Airbnb 8310766", my own property is the top link retrieved and appears in a click. Hope this helps. Deborah
