I was able to find a couple of helpful guides created by experienced Airbnb hosts such as  'A Host's guide to Airbnb' and '25 tips to get booked'. There is also an Airbnb Help Guide which explains how search results are determined. There is a lot of helpful information those guides which hopefully will be useful for you 🙂
