how to accept a request from someone i have previously declined??

I have someo enquiring about renting my place  but previously i have declined on a different occasion  this site  i want to accept them  but it is not giving me the option .... how can i change that ?  thanks in advance

Hello @Eder4,

Which have they sent you, an enquiry or a reservation request?

If they've sent an enquiry your options are "Pre approve" or "Decline". If they've sent a reservation request your options are "Accept" or "Decline".

If you don't see any of the above options then contact Airbnb.
