One of our guest that has already booked with us wanted to change the dates by adding another day on a blocked day. That change cuts into our 24 hour turnover block before the next guests arrive.
I'd like to make an exception for this guest so I went ahead and opened up the blocked day but now it does not allow me to accept the added reservation.
Does that mean I would now have to change my set blocked days of 24 hours turnover time individually to same day turnovertime in order to accept this one request?
I would greatly appreciate any suggestions.
