how to modify booking

One of our guest that has already booked with us wanted to change the dates by adding another day on a blocked day.  That change cuts into our 24 hour turnover block before the next guests arrive.

I'd like to make an exception for this guest so I went ahead and opened up the blocked day but now it does not allow me to accept the added reservation.  

Does that mean I would now have to change my set blocked days of 24 hours turnover time individually to same day turnovertime  in order to accept this one request?

I would greatly appreciate any suggestions.

Hi @Karsten-and-Venus0,

Yes, you would need to unblock the date by removing the preparation time, then accept using a laptop or computer (not the app) and then you can put the preparation time back.  You could also send the alteration request yourself to the guest which might just be easier.
