Hi All!
I have a question, I have a guest who agrees for different cancellation policy i.e. 30% non-refundable from the moment of booking, i.e ~40 days before arrival. Example, guest books today for December 10th and I do want to keep 30% if he cancels any time, he agrees for that. How can I proceed?
And for future, how can switch to Strict Cancellation Policy for all my bookings?

Book through a different platform, now how AirBnB works.
You can easily change your settings, Manage listing, cancellations, and then choose which policy you would like.

It's my understanding you have to get approval from ABB for cancellation policy any stricter than no refund within 7 days. And I understand that they don't like to give it out.
@Michał4 The Super Strict cancellation policies are very, very rarely given. The listings that have been granted that cancellation policy generally have nightly rates above $10,000 and even then that doesn't guarantee Airbnb will invite them to this policy. Also, hosts who are granted this policy pay 5% host fee. Many $10,000 listings I've seen have a Flexible policy!
