i booked a room, my host says she isn't a host anymore and no room is available. how to get refund?

So I booked a room, texted my host saying what time I would be arriving, to which she replied she was no longer a host and the room was not available..now she has stopped texting me and I don't know how to get a refund.. 

any help please? The room for 2 nights was £92

I am so sorry that has happened to you. That is a terrible to way to treat a guest. Perhaps she had circumstances that were out of her control.

They will need your name,  hopefully you have your information such as the placed you booked,THE CONFIRMATION number, host name and contact information for her. She should/could have refunded the money to you herself.
