i cant unblock dates just before another guest checks out?

I am trying to unblock a date in my calendar but it says i cant because of my preparation time, one of my guests checks out on jan 2nd, so we want to advertise for the 31st and 1st of january as its peak season, i cant seem to change this can anyone assist? we can do this checkout as we will have 6 hours and a team of people helping us!

You have set prep time, @Felicity25. To change that, go to Availability and click the Edit button beside Reservation Preferences. There you can set your preparation time to None.
