inbox error

hi

I am new to this

my first reservation and some questions are on my inbox and I cant open it

it says something about the verification process on the top of the screen but I gave all my info

and its been verified. I am scared because this can affect my ratings since I cant answer any questions

I have tried all options and tried to contact Airbnb in all ways possible. they answer my questions and send it 

to the same inbox I cant access.

any help would be super appreciated
