inquiry still block my calendar

I got one inquiry from guests and I sent them pre-approve. I asked them to accept but they said they cannot accept pre-approve to confirm reservation. They ask me to decline them first then they will startover again. 

 

After I decline the calendar still block on that period in their name. They cannot rebook again.. They waited me for a while and booked at another place already. 

 

I want to delete this booking and make my calendar available for that period again. 

 

Anyone knows how to do, please advice.
