iphone app error login

Hi,

I switched phones, with the new one, i have been trying to login to my account from the iphone app, it keeps me asking to opt for a security verification either by phone or email.

By email, i never recieve the email link

By phone, i receive the call, but the code given to me doesnt work

tried already 50 times.
