is there a difference between listings on airbnb.com and airbnb.it

Hello, I recently became a host in Italy. I created the listing on Airbnb.com but I cannot seem to find it on Airbnb.it (the italian domain website) this is a problem for me as the Italians searching will not find my listing. Has anybody experienced this problem perhaps in other countries with other domain addresses? If so how do I fix it so my listing can be found using all Airbnb domains

Effettivamente dal computer ho notato che è visibile, ma quand mi collego dall'app su mobile non sono visibile.

Tu sai se c'è da fare qualcosa per apparire anche su mobile in questi casi?

Did you figure out this situation?

We would like our Italian home listing (in English, at airbnb.com) to be visible at aibnb.it if possible.  We are also fluent in Italian, so that listing would be in Italian.  But maybe this requires creating a separate listing with airbnb.it?
