I want to issue a full refund but there is no "issue refund" button on the reservations page like instructed on airbnb's help page. I need to issue a full refund so the resoluation center won't do it - help!

Airbnb's Resolution Center has an 'offer a partial reimbursement' option for a booking. I'd suggest you can just put the full amount in and step through the process. Then Airbnb will pass the offer on etc.
Alternatively give them a call and they'll give you a hand to do it - I've taken that route in the past.

Where is the Issue refund link? I have spend about an hour to find it and can't. There's no way to get in touch with these guys. Thanks, Saeed
Here is the info I got when I poned Aribnb about it.
To confirm what we talked about on the phone, yes you are able to issue guests a refund after they have cancelled a reservation. I will illustrate how you can do this now.
When a host wants to issue a refund, they must go to the reservation in question under 'Your Reservations' on your Airbnb profile.
If you go to the reservation in question on the right hand side of the screen, there will be an option in red 'Report a problem'. I have attached a screenshot of this option.
Once you click on this there will be an option presented to 'issue refund'. This will only be an option if the guest cancels a reservation.

There is no "report a problem" after the guest cancels. Please advise, if you can!
Did anyone ever figure this out? I don't have an "issue refund" button after the guest cancels. And if they cancel they aren't an option in my resolution center! Help!
