I'm Mari, and we just opend our B&B in Baiona, Spain. We already have 2 guests, 1 from England and 1 from Denver, USA! We are so delited but hope to book more guests this summer!

@Mari199   Your place looks super cute and cozy, I think your guests will be quite happy there.

A few small suggestions:

Photos: I think you should remove that close-up photo of the shower, with the toilet in the foreground. Not a very nice shot, and you already have some good bathroom photos.

Also retake the photo of the master bed without the coffee tray on the bed. You really don't want to encourage your guests to eat or drink in bed, unless you want to be dealing with stained bedding.

Text: You say that laundry service is available if needed, and in amenities it says free or for a fee. If you charge for laundry service, you need to make that clear in the listing, stating the additional charge.

English correction: "Imagine yourself..." , not "Image yourself...". And "safe" for children, not "save".

Also, I'm not sure why the text is showing in English, but all the photo captions are in Spanish.

Nice and inviting listin !

My only comment is : the check in/out times are overlapping (new guests can arrive from 12 pm, while old guests can leave until 1 pm). Would be more logical to me if you exchange them, also giving you 1 hour to prepare for the new guests. (but maybe you do not accept new reservations on same day guests leave, so then it is not a problem)

Please note you offer 20% discount to first three bookings, also you listed 15% weekly discount (makes total 35% for 7 nights or longer !)

Hoi Emiel,

bedankt voor je commentaar. We hebben inderdaad 1 dag preparation tijd voor nieuwe gasten. De 20% extra korting was inderdaad voor de eerste 3 gasten en die hebben we inmiddels ook. Ze blijven ook niet langer dan 7 dagen 😉
