You can check if your payout method is correct and ready. Your payout method is the account Airbnb uses to pay you when a guest stays.
On a laptop log in and click on your profile photo. Then click on "Settings" in the menu.
Then click on "Payout preferences". That page should then show the account number. If all is OK and the account has been verified by Airbnb it should say "Ready" in the "Status" column.
I'm not sure if you wish to be paid to your PayPal account or to your card. If you've set your PayPal account in payout preferences then that should work. If you've set your card in payout preferences then maybe check with the card provider to see if that card account can accept lodgements.
