When try to login to the Air BnB app on my phone, I type in the e-mail address and the password and tap on the right arrrow (->) to proceed, and it processes and then returns to the login screen. No error message. No info as to whether I'm logged into my account and no way to proceed away from that one screen. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I've cleared the data and the cache. The phone is a moto g6 play. The Android version is 8.0.0. The Air BnB app is the one I installed on 04/29/2019; I can't find a version number.
I have exactly the same issue and have tried all of the usual suspects, too, Samuel.
Android 9 on Huawei P20 Pro
Both mobile and wifi data are allowed, cache/data cleared, uninstall/reinstall, password changed.
Able to log on via browser on the same phone as well as computer.
App version 19.17.1
I think that we would both appreciate some help to get it working before our next trip. Can anyone help, please?

Thanks for your posting. It was helpful, because it gave me the idea of going to my web browser on my phone and gong to the Air BnB site from there and logging in that way, and lo and behold, it worked. So, I now have a work-around. But that's pointless extra steps, so darn it, the app ought to work. As you say, can anyone help truly solve this?

I cannot edit my experiences on Huawei P20. There's a big white/ blank rectangle that blocks the areas to write or upload photos. Anyone else have this issue?

I have the exact same problem on my LG G8 ThinQ as described by Samuell339. It would sure be great if Airbnb would fix this.
Hey Airbnb. I find it incredibly unacceptable from a business perspective that you all are having a MAJOR issue with your mobile apps (users unable to access information about services that they have paid hundreds/thousands of dollers for), and you guys are completely silent on the community forums.
Please step-up to the modern world and use the communication channels you have provided to, well, um... communicate!
We'd like a status update. Are your dev teams aware of the issue? Are they working on it? What is the expected ETA for a fix? Can you provide a workaround in the meantime?
Please step-up up and behave/communicate like a mature company.
