how can dis agree to price tip in airbnb.?? help
Thanks
Just set your rates manually and ignore Airbnb's suggestions
but even though i ignore the airbnb suggestion price when i preview my listing still different from my fixed price per night. how can i fix it? i tried to find some ways on how to ignore or turn off the suggestion price but i can't find.
I migt be weekly and or montly discounts. Try to check them. If you are in doubt of what price level to set look at e.g. Booking.com or other OTA pages to see, what the level in your area is.
@Yongrack0 There is a base price in your price settings (on PC go to your calendar, upper right side of the screen). If you search on your listing without putting in a specific date that base price will show up. Once a guests puts in a date the price that you set manually will show up. Is that what you refering to? Also, just like @Niku0 and @Lizzie mentioned, you should not use Smart Pricing and just ignore price suggestions if they are too low for your expectations.
I checked your listing. You have an amazing place but definitely need better, sharper pictures with lots of light. May I also suggest to have an actual profile photo of yourself? Having a generic photo is actually agains Airbnb rules and also just not that inviting for guests.
I hope this helps! Your place is beautiful, I'm sure you will have renters soon 🙂

Monika
Hello @Yongrack0,
Great to see you posting in the Community Center, welcome. 🙂
@Niku0, has given you some good advice here. Just to add, as Niku said you can turn Smart Pricing off, if you feel it is not how you want your prices to be and do it manually. The way to do this:
I hope this helps.
Also, just to add, to make it easier to find your post, I have made it into a new topic here in the Help board. I hope this is fine with you.
Thank you both.
Lizzie
