I want to lower my cleaning fee since most of my reservations are for a short period of time right now (two nights). If I lower my fee, will this affect reservations that have already been accepted at the higher rate? Thanks!
I'm sure your guests would appreciate a modest reimbursement, which you can initiate through the site. Or simply provide some extra special flourishes--a bottle of wine, a bouquet of fresh flowers
