I am a new airbnb host. I got a booking more then 10 days ago. I just recently realized that she was booking for her parents, but not herselvs. The message she gave confused me. I did not relized she booked for her parents but not her. I have accepted her request and the deal is done.
Any risks for hosting her parents who have no ID on airbnb? Can I ask their hoto ID when they arrived as other hotels? How to avoid the risks?
I will appreciate for any suggestions.

third party bookings are not alowed . In case of any problems Airbnb will not help you. You can contact Airbnb, explain the situation and ABB will cancel this reservation .
Or you can take a risk and host those guests but ask them for their photo ID on arrival. I recommend that for every guest. In fact, in some countries like Croatia, Italy etc... hosts have to do it and to register every guest on police and tourist office (online). Take their names, ID number, date and country of birth, citizenship and gender or just make a photo of their passport or ID

Thanks for your great suggestion!
Hello@Teresa-Yanmei0,
I agree with @Branka-and-Silvia0, except that I would just have Airbnb cancel. You want the company to protect you should anything happen.
Thanks!
