new hosting

hi, asking for new listing, as long as the host is verified and i make payment through aribnb, all safe right?

because i will book a listing that doesnt have any review yet, and the host become member since last year.

I woud like to be able to tell you that all Airbnb hosts are great (and the vast majority of them are great).

But not 100% of the hosts are great. The way the great hosts get separated from the not-as-great hosts is the guest reviews.

If you have a listing with many, many great reviews, you can be confident the place will be as promised, and the host will do a good job.

If a listing is brand new and has no reviews, it might be great... or it might not be so great.

You don't know.

If you want certainty, you really should choose a listing with a lot of good reviews.

If you do not mind taking a chance, then new listings can be terrific. 

But you don't know for sure.

actually im not affraid to try new listing, i just want to make sure the host will not scam and worst case he cancel or something happen i can get refund from airbnb. or maybe he cancel right on the day.. i think it just make me hassle to find property so sudden. 

but the important thing is,  i can get assurance from airbnb, as long as i pay through airbnb, no need worry losing my money?
